The days is coming #36Weeks

Assalammualaikum,
My due date is getting closer.
Hari ni sudah msuk 36weeks/9months. 4 weeks until my due date.

Counting the days..tik tok tik tok..
Sgt excited nak lahirkan baby dalam tummy ni..
Makin nak dekat ni makin berdebar2 menunggu kelahirannya..
Expected due date is on 22nd Dec 2012 but can be early maybe..hehe

Tadi dapat news, isteri sepupu hubby telah selamat melahirkan baby girl..ouchhh so cute n jeles..
buat aku rasa xsabar dan sangat xsabar utk melalui hari kelahiran tu..hehe(skema pulak ayat makcik)

Braxton-Hicks or false contraction, smlm aku rasa tiba2 perut mngeras and sakit pinggang bkn main lg. Dah la malam2, hubby pulak xde..aduyai..nangis je la..pastu sapu minyak panas kat pinggang, and kaki baru kurang sikit..
Tadi dok la google2 pasal tanda2 nak bersalin and jumpa la sikit maklumat pasal Braxton-Hicks ni.. So far yg aku baca and sakit mcm yg aku rasa semalam tu lebih kpd Braxton-Hicks/ false contraction and it's normal bila dah masuk fasa2 hujung2 ni kata nya..Ni sikit info pasal Braxton-Hicks

What can I do if my Braxton Hicks contractions are making me uncomfortable?

If you're within a few weeks of your due date, try these measures:

- Change your activity or position. Sometimes walking provides relief. At other times, resting eases contractions. (True labor contractions, on the other hand, will persist and progress regardless of what you do.)- Take a warm bath to help your body relax.

- Try drinking a couple of glasses of water, since these contractions can sometimes be brought on by dehydration.

- Try relaxation exercises or slow, deep breathing. This won't stop the Braxton Hicks contractions, but it may help you cope with the discomfort. (Use this opportunity to practice some of the pain-management strategies you've learned in your childbirth preparation class.)

When should I call my doctor or midwife?

- Call your caregiver right away if you haven't reached 37 weeks and your contractions are becoming more frequent, rhythmic, or painful, or if you have any of these possible signs of preterm labor:

- Abdominal pain, menstrual-like cramping, or more than four contractions in one hour (even if they don't hurt)

- Any vaginal bleeding or spotting

- An increase in vaginal discharge or a change in the type of discharge — if it becomes watery, mucusy, or bloody (even if it's only pink or blood-tinged)

- More pressure in the pelvic area (a feeling that your baby's pushing down)

- Low back pain, especially if it's dull or rhythmic, or you didn't previously have back pain

- If you're past 37 weeks, there's no need to call your doctor or midwife just for contractions until they last about 60 seconds each and are five minutes apart and continue like this for an hour — unless your caregiver has advised you otherwise.

Admitted & birthday story

Assalammualaikum..

Today i would like to story morry abt my first experience admitted at hospital..haishhhh what a worse day!i hate hospital..i hate the smelling of medicine..xsuka xsuka!!

Last week,19th Sept 2012 i was admitted at Tropicana Medical Centre bcoz of vomitting n dehydrated..actually aku strt muntah2,demam n diarrhoea since Saturday,14th Sept 2012..it's a food poisoning..yes doc pun ckp benda yg sama n ia xde kaitan dgn pregnancy..aku suspect the food poisoning is from NAsi lemak yg aku mkn ms breakfast coz lepas mkn je trus aku muntah2 and the war just begin..toilet is my 2nd room..hehe..

U knw wut, mlm b4 admitted aku p hospital sg buloh but wut a worse thing is aftr 3hours tunggu number aku xnaik2..org dh critical dh time tu weyh menggigil xhengat,kaki ni lembik dh xle nk diri n ckp kt nurse tu leh lak dia kt sbr tunggu giliran..last2 hubby bwk blk dulu n esok pg2 trus p klinik panel tuk dptkan referel letter..trus hubby bwk p tropicana..30min je tunggu trus admit..mkcik dh xlw berjalan dh ms tu..kene pkai wheelchair lg..perghhhh pengalaman skt yg xdpt aku lupakan..

Masa masuk emmergency kt TMC yg kt wheelchair tu after 2botol air dia msuk baru leh senyum..hehe

Kebetulan pas admit esoknya birthday aku 20hb..sedey celebrate kt spital weyh..xde candle light dinner ke apa ke kan..it's like karma..aritu hubby pun clebrate bsday kt spital yg sama..haha

I wishhh..yeahhh i wishh to be a good mama, wife and daughter..next wish is RAHSIA...hehe

MIL prepare for the foods and cake..

TQ hubby for the special celebration..it's like karma..both of us had celebrate birthday at the same hospital..ekekekekeke

Ni kesan nurse salah amik darah..bengkak jd nye..disebabkan ni femes makcik satu spital tau coz hubby p complaint kt ketua nurse..hehehehe

Hubby admitted

Assalammualaikum,
on 28th August,hubby was admitted at Tropicana Medical Centre,Kota Damansara.He admitted bcoz of backpain and high fever..after further checking via MRI scan doc found tht his spine stray from the path and has poked his nerve. Dunno how to explain it but it's like slip disc la..and the doc has advise to do a minor surgery and the cost is RM14k++. Ya ampun mahal banget! but Alhamdulillah syukur tht my company insurans cover all the medical costs..fuhhhh lega ;)

30min after surgery done..he can smile d..hehe

He is my everything..get well soon sayang..

Then on 30th August is his birthday..23rd years old-muda lagi rite..hehe..so we had celebrate his birthday at hospital with my MIL..but i feel tht i'm not a good wife bcoz i'm not buy anything for him..after work i'm rushing to hospital..huhu "sedih" but thank god he understand my situation.. he said "is ok sayang ,as long as u be with me it's more than enough..one more thing our baby is the best present ever"..oh so touching!! Thanx hubby..i promise to buy a present for u after bonus..hehe
